Idly and sambar is the best combo like Romeo and Juliet.I would prefer sambar rather than chutneys for Idly/dosai.Mini idly sambar tastes divine when topped with ghee

SENAI KIZHANGU CHIPS
When I bought whole Senai Kizhangu I used half of it for Senai Kizhangu curry and the other half was sitting for a quite long time.I was thinking to prepare this fry on seeing rak's kitchen.

DAL FRY WITH MOONG DAL
Dal fry can be prepared with moong dal or toor dal or combination of both the dals.A best side dish for chapathi/phulka.
