When I heard about " Cauliflower Kootu" ,I wondered how will be the taste of Cauliflower in Kootu. Since I love to have cauliflower in any form, I tried this immediately.

Pressure cook the Toor Dhal & keep aside.
Roast & Grind the ingredients to a coarse powder.
In a kadai heat oil & add the Mustard seeds to crackle. Then add the Onion,Tomato. Fry for 2 mins.
Add the Cauliflower,Frozen peas. Pour 1 Cup of water.
Add Salt.
When the vegetables are cooked, add the grounded powder.
Now mix the smashed Toor dhal.
Add the boiled & smashed Potato.
Allow it to boil. Switch off the flame.
Before serving add lime juice.Enjoy with hot Rice.
