
            Now a days Pasta/Macroni is one of the dish that frequently appears in the menu. I have used elbow shaped macroni. There are many forms of it.

FROZEN PEAS,CAULIFLOWER |

RED CHILLY POWDER | 
1 Tsp |

TURMERIC POWDER | 
¼ Tsp |

CUMIN POWDER | 
½ Tsp | 
| 
ONION | 
1 | 
| 
TOMATO | 
1 | 
| 
SALT | 
To Taste | 
| 
OIL | 
1 Tbsp | 
STEP BY STEP PICTURES

Boil water and add Macroni to it. Add Salt,Oil. (You can also add Butter instead of Oil). Adding oil is to separate the Macroni from sticking.

Drain  the water and keep aside.

In a pan heat oil and fry the Onions.

After the Onions turns pink, add the Tomato. you can also add Ginger Garlic paste.

Then add the grated Carrot,blanched Cauliflower,Frozen Peas,Salt.

Now add the spice powders. 

Add water.

When all  the spice powders  blends well add the Macroni.

Mix well. Close with a lid for few mins.

Squeeze Lemon juice before serving.
