Pesarattu is a special dish from Andhra. You can start your day with healthy breakfast. This is the first time I am trying & tasting Pesarattu. Ginger Chutney is the apt combination for this because it suppress the raw smell of green gram.
Before trying this,I watched the preparation of Pesarattu by Vahchef . You can also have Coconut chutney as a side dish. The traditional way to serve Pesarattu is to stuff rava upma inside it.You can prepare the Pesarattu either thick as Adai or thin as a Dosai . Coming to the recipe.
