Curry leaves chutney is a simple side dish which goes well with idly/dosai.Inspite of the benefits of curry leaves it is good to include in our food.
Mostly all of us will throw out the curry leaves while eating. So the best way to get the benefits of curry leaves it is good to have in the form of chutney.
INGREDIENTS

Mustard seeds |

To Taste | 
STEP BY STEP PICTURES
Rinse the curry leaves and allow it to dry for some time.
In a kadai heat oil add urad dal,curry leaves,green chilly,tamarind,ginger,hing.
Allow it to cool for sometime.
Grind it along with coconut,turmeric powder,salt.
Add little water for grinding it to smooth paste.Transfer to a bowl
Temper with mustard seeds.
Mix well.
Serve with hot idlies/dosai.
