I always love to eat stuffed dosa.When I was a kid Masala dosa was my favorite dosa.
When I started to cook I used to try Cauliflower masal dosa,mixed vegetable dosa,and now its peas masala dosa.When we have frozen green peas we can prepare this dosa immediately.
INGREDIENTS

Fennel

  masala powder |

Ginger
  garlic paste |

Dosa batter | 
As req |

Turmeric powder | 
A pinch | 
| 
Oil | 
2 Tbsp | 
| 
Salt | 
To Taste |

Jeera | 
1 tsp | 
| 
Cinnamon | 
1 inch
  piece | 
| 
Curry leaves,coriander leaves | 
As
  needed | 
Gather all ingredients.Chop onion,tomatoes.
In a frying pan temper with jeera,cinnamon.Add onions,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste.
Now add tomatoes.Fry until it turns soft.
Then add the spice powders.
Mix well until it forms a paste.
Now add the frozen peas.
Add water and cook the peas.
Add salt and cook till all the water has evaporated.
Finally add coriander leaves.
Peas masala is ready
Then prepare the dosa and keep the peas masala.
Fold it one side.
Serve it with any chutney/sambar
