Vegetable Chapathi is a wholesome meal/dinner. You can have this Chapathi along with Raita,Pickle. There are two ways of preparing this Chapathi. One method is to pressure cook all the vegetables and mix with flour. The other way is grating the vegetables and sauting it. Then it can be used as a stuffing.
INGREDIENTS
WHEAT FLOUR

(Carrot,Frozen Peas, Beans,Grated Cauliflower,Boiled potato)

STEP BY STEP PICTURES
Pressure cook the Carrot,frozen peas by sprinkling little water. Reserve the vegetable stock.
Mash/grate the boiled Potato.
Shred the Cauliflower.Slice the Onion finely.
Mash the Carrot,Peas,Beans.
In a kadai heat Oil and add the Onion.
Then add the shredded Cauliflower.
Now add the mashed vegetable mixture.
Then add the Potato,Salt.
Spice powders can be added.
Use the vegetable stock for blending the masala.
Now the stuffing is ready.
Allow it to cool down and make small lemon sized balls.
Take the wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt,warm water and make a soft dough.
Allow it to rest for 1 hour.
Now take a small sized dough. Spread it and place the stuffing.
Gather all the corners and make a ball.
Dust it with a flour and roll it into a thick/thin Chapathi.
Heat a pan and place the chapathi. Flip it and cook on both sides.
Drizzle Oil/Ghee and remove it when brown spots appear on it.
Serve it with Pickle/Raita.
Yummy Vegetable Chapathi is ready.
