
       Capsicun Pachadi can be mixed with rice or it can be taken as a side dish for curd rice.

STEP BY STEP PICTURES

Pressure cook the Toor Dhal for only one whistle. (It should not be mushy).

In a kadai heat oil & add the items given under " To Temper " table.
Add finely chopped Onion,Tomato,Capsicum. Fry for 3 mins.

Add Sambar powder,Turmeric powder,Salt. Pour the cooked dhal water. Allow it to boil.

Add the cooked Toor Dhal. Mix well.

Extract tamarind juice & add it.

Switch off the flame when the raw smell of tamarind goes out.

It can be served also with Chapati.
