
            A healthy side dish which can be served with Rice. Green gram helps to lower the cholestrol level. It is rich in fiber content. As it is low in calorie, it also helps to reduce weight.

Grind Coconut,Garlic,dry red chilly to a coarse paste.

Wash the Green Gram. Pressure cook it by adding water,salt. Drain water & keep aside.


Heat oil in a kadai. Transfer the grounded paste. Stir it for few mins. Then add the green gram. Mix well.

Transfer to a serving bowl.
