Arisi Paruppu Sadam is a famous Kongu cusine. I saw this recipe in a cookery show. It can be prepared immediately since there is no chopping of vegetables. The best side dish for this recipe is Potato Chips/Appalam.
This is my version of Arisi Paruppu Sadam not the authentic recipe. The taste will be equal to Sambar sadam without vegetables.
