I have used Green gram sprouts. You can replace with sprouted black channa also. As I don't like the raw smell of sprouts, I have used vegetables like Carrot,Potato along with sprouts and prepared the spread for Sandwich.

STEP BY STEP PICTURES
Wash & Soak the Green Gram for 8 hrs.
Drain the water completely.
Spread this in Casserole (Hot Box).
Leave it for 8 hours (overnight).
Can you see the Sprouted Green gram?
In a pan heat oil & add Onion. Fry till it turns pink.Then add grated carrot. Saute it for 3 mins. Smash the boiled potato & add it. Now add the Sprouted Green Gram,Red chilly powder,Cumin Powder,Garam Masala,Salt. Fry until the masala blends well. Sprinkle water if needed. Switch off the flame and add the lime juice.
Toast the bread & spread the Sprouts mixture.
