A simple one pot meal perfect for Lunch Box. You can use any vegetables of your choice. The best part in this dish, is there is no roasting & grinding of spices.
There is no Onion & Garlic in this recipe. Here goes the recipe

STEP BY STEP PICTURES
Soak the Basmati rice for 30 mins. Drain the water .
In a Pressure cooker heat Oil & fry the finely chopped vegetables. Fry for 3 mins.
Now add the Red chilly powder,Coriander powder,Garam masala powder.
Add the Basmati rice.
Pour 1.5 Cups of water.Add Salt.
Close the Lid of the pressure cooker & allow it for 2 whistles.
When it is done, fluff with a fork.
That's it.
