STEP BY STEP PICTURES
Cut the Chapathi into thin strips. Slice the vegetables (Carrot, Capsicum, Beans) into thin strips.
In a frying pan heat oil and fry the vegetables. It should be crisp. Add salt.
Now add Turmeric powder,Sambar powder. Mix well.
Then add the Chapathi strips. Saute it for 2 mins.
That's it.
Ready to serve.
