STEP BY STEP PICTURES
Heat oil in a pan. Roast Cumin seeds,Pepper. Transfer it to a plate. Then roast the Toor Dhal,Pottukadalai,Red chilly. Allow it to cool down. Grind all the roasted ingredients with Hing,Salt.
Store it an air tight container.
Mix Jeera podi with hot rice topped with Ghee.
