JEERA PARUPPU PODI

                                                                                     
                Cumin Seeds/ Jeera is a common ingredient in Indian Cooking. Jeera has many health benefits apart from its nice flavour. It has got high Iron content. Antiseptic properties of Cumin helps to fight against flu and boosts our immune system. It also helps in improving digesting process.
So make it a point to include a dash of Jeera Podi in your diet.

INGREDIENTS

CUMIN SEEDS
2 Tbsp
TOOR DHAL
2 Tbsp
DRY RED CHILLY
4
PEPPER
½ Tsp
POTTUKADALAI  / ROASTED GRAM
½ Tsp
HING
A Pinch
SALT
To Taste
OIL
½ Tsp

Heat oil in a pan. Roast Cumin seeds,Pepper. Transfer it to a plate. Then roast the Toor Dhal,Pottukadalai,Red chilly. Allow it to cool down. Grind all the roasted ingredients with Hing,Salt.
