
    Have you ever tasted Iyengar Bread Toast. If not do try this recipe . You can have as a open sandwich.
Any vegetables of your choice can be used. But the actual recipe contains only Carrot,Capsicum only.

STEP BY STEP PICTURES

      In a pan heat oil & fry the Onions. Then add the chopped Carrot,Capsicum. Saute for 5 mins. Now add Salt,Red chilly powder. Fry till the raw smell leaves out. Then add the Tomato Ketch up & stir for 2 mins. 

Toast the bread & spread the Vegetable stuffing.

You can also spread the Tomato ketch up & apply the Vegetable stuffing.
