MASALA DOSAI

DSCN3125
Whenever I go to Restaurants my first choice will be Masala Dosai.

The Crispy dosai with the Potato filling will taste good. But in some restaurants they will stuff some spicy vegetable masala. Sometimes they spread Idly milagai podi along with the Potato masala . I prepared spicy red chutney specially for this Masala Dosai.
