
         My first recipe made out of Egg. It is  a perfect side dish for Pulao,Chapati. The spicy masala in this dish will sizzle your taste buds.

STEP BY STEP PICTURES

Boil the eggs & then remove the outer shell.

Carefully slit the eggs on all sides. Do not slit more deeper. Keep aside.

In a kadai heat oil & add the items given under "To roast & grind" table. Allow it to cool down.

Grind it to a fine paste.

In a kadai heat oil. Add the Mustard seeds. Allow it to crackle. Then add the Onions. Fry till it turns pink. Add Ginger garlic paste.

Now pour the grounded paste.Add salt & allow it to boil till the raw smell disappear.

In a kadai (dry roast) the Eggs with Red chilly powder,Turmeric powder. Roast the eggs for a minute ( Don't roast too long else it will be rubbery).

Now add the fried eggs to the boiling gravy. allow it boil for 2 mins & switch off the flame.

Spicy Egg thokku is ready.
