ROASTED POTATO

        This is  a very simple recipe which takes only 10 mins to cook.It will surely tickle your taste buds. No roasting & grinding of spices but yet it is a delicious potato fry.

INGREDIENTS

POTATO
3
ONION
1
SAMBAR POWDER
1 Tbsp
MUSTARD SEEDS
½ Tsp
FENNEL SEEDS
1 Tsp
SALT
To Taste
OIL
2 Tbsp

Peel the skin of potatoes & cut it into small cube sized pieces. Mix Sambhar powder,Salt. Keep it aside for 10 mins.

In a kadai heat oil & add  Mustard seeds,Fennel seeds. Then  add the onion & fry it until it turns pink.

Add the marinated potatoes & cook it in medium flame.

Once the potatoes are cooked keep it in high flame so that potatoes gets roasted faster. Switch off the flame when the oil separates out.

Discard the oil & then transfer the roasted potatoes.
