CABBAGE FRY

         Cabbage Fry/Poriyal is a simple & healthy stir fry. You can either grate/chop the Cabbage finely.
I added Carrot to make it more colorful & healthier. A small piece of ginger can be added to remove the smell of Cabbage.

INGREDIENTS

CABBAGE
2 Cup
CARROT
¼  Cup
GRATED  GINGER
¼ Tsp
ONION
1
GREEN CHILLY
1
MUSTARD SEEDS
¼ Tsp
URAD DHAL
¼ Tsp
SALT
To Taste
OIL
1 Tsp

In a kadai heat oil & add Mustard seeds,Urad dhal. Then add the chopped Onion,grated Ginger.

Now add the chopped  Green chilly,Carrot.

Then add the shredded Cabbage. Mix well.

Add Salt. If needed Sprinkle water. Cover it with a lid so that it cooks faster. Do not over cook it.

Transfer to a serving bowl.
