
This Cauliflower Curry  has a tangy & sweet taste because of the Tomato Ketch up used. It can be prepared in 10 mins.

STEP BY STEP PICTURES

Soak the Cauliflower florets in how water & Drain the water.Keep aside.

In a Kadai heat oil & add Cumin seeds,Onion. Fry till it turns pink.

Add the tomato Ketch up.

Mix well & add salt.

Now add the cauliflower florets.

Cook this in medium flame.

Mix until the masala blends well.

Granish with corainder leaves.

It tasted well with curd rice.
