CAULIFLOWER PEAS KURMA

                                     I have posted already Cauliflower Peas kurma. But this is a slight modification from that recipe.
This will be not much spicy. It is a best combination for Pulkas,Chapati.

INGREDIENTS

BIG CAULIFLOWER

FROZEN PEAS
¼ Cup
ONION
½
TOMATO
½
TURMERIC  POWDER
A Pinch
OIL
1 Tbsp
SALT
To Taste

To  Grind
ONION

COCONUT
¼ Cup
POTTUKADALAI/FRIED GRAM
1 Tbsp
FENNEL SEEDS
1 Tsp
GREEN CHILLY

GINGER GARLIC PASTE
1 Tsp
CASHEWNUTS

CINNAMON
½ Inch Piece
CLOVES

Grind the items given under the table " To Grind" to a smooth paste by adding little water.

Parboil the Cauliflower,Peas. Drain the water.Keep aside.

In a kadai heat oil & add  chopped Onion. Fry it . Then add the chopped Tomatoes until it turns mushy.

Now pour the grounded paste & add water . Allow it to boil

Add the Cauliflower,Peas.

 Add salt & check the thickness of the kurma. (You can add water according to the consistency you want.)

Transfer to a serving bowl.
