Me & My hubby are not a big fans of salad. This is very simple one and it should be served immediately after preparation. Otherwise it won't taste good. But this salad is a healthy one.

PROCEDURE
- Grate the carrot,cucumber,green chilly.
- Boil water till the rolling point & add Moong dhal and switch off the flame.
- After 15 mins drain water from the moong dhal.
    Mix carrot,cucumber,moong dhal.
    Add salt,pepper powder,grated coconut,green chilly.
                       Squeeze lemon juice before serving.
