
This is  a easy snack which is a low fat version. It fills our tummy. It is easy to do with minimal ingredients. Over to the recipe.

STEP BY STEP PICTURES
Dry roast oats till a nutty aroma comes out.Pour little oil and roast poha till it becomes golden brown.Keep aside.
In a kadai heat oil add mustard seeds,urad dhal,curry leaves,green/red chilly,pottukadalai/channa dhal.Fry till the dhal turns golden brown.
Add peanuts.Roast till it turns golden brown.If u want you can add cashew nuts here.

Mix it with roasted poha,oats.Toss it well.

Dry fruits can also be added

NOTES
- You can add Red chilly powder,Turmeric powder instead of red chilly while tempering.
- Roasting poha/oats is to avoid raw smell and also it gives crispyness.
- Store it in an air tight container.
