Once in a while I can see fresh Coriander leaves in the Indian Market. I will grab two bunches immediately.
I will prepare chutney with one bunch & the other I will use it for Biryani,Soup,Rasam. We can use this as a spread for sandwich also.

STEP BY STEP PICTURES
In a kadai heat oil & add Urad dhal,Asafoetida.
Fry the chopped Onions.
Add the Green chilly,Dry red Chilly,Turmeric Powder, Tamarind,Salt. (I added a piece of Ginger also).
Switch off the flame & add the Coriander leaves.
Stir once & allow it to cool down.
Add the Coconut & grind it to a smooth paste by adding little water.
NOTES
- Turmeric powder gives a cool green colour.
- Tomato can also be added which gives a nice flavour.
- You can skip Coconut also.
- If you like to add Fried gram Dhal/Pottukadalai it can also be added.
- Dry red chilly can be replaced fully with Green chilly.
