A chapati for spicy lovers. No need any stuffing to make it spicier.
Just only 3 ingredients to make a spicy Chapati. The best side dish is raita. I had with Boondi Raita.

In a bowl mix Wheat flour,salt,warm water & make a smooth dough.
Let the dough rest for 30 mins.
Make small equal sized balls .
Roll it out into thin circle.
Apply oil/ghee and fold it into half.
Again apply Oil/ghee and fold it into quarter.
Then again roll it out into triangle shape chapati.
Cook it till brown spots appear on both sides.
Enjoy with raita.

- Soak the Boondi in hot water for 3 mins. Drain it.
- Mix Curd,salt,Asafoetida,Boondi.
- You can also temper with Mustard seeds.
