CAULIFLOWER GRAVY

A simple & easy dish for Rice,Roti. 
Cauliflower is just cooked in Onion tomato gravy. You can make it to a dry consistency also. I prefer gravy only.


INGREDIENTS
CAULIFLOWER
1 Small size
ONION
1
TOMATO
2
RED CHILLY POWDER
1 Tsp
SAMBAR POWDER
½ Tsp
TURMERIC POWDER
A Pinch
CUMIN SEEDS
½ Tsp
SALT
To Taste
OIL
1 Tsp

STEP BY STEP PICTURES

Boil water & add Turmeric Powder,Salt. Add the cauliflower florets. Keep closed for 3 mins. Drain water & keep aside.

In a kadai heat oil & add cumin seeds. Then add finely chopped Onion. Fry till it turns pink. Add chopped tomatoes.

Add Red chilly powder,Sambar Powder,Salt,water.

Add Cauliflower & keep it covered in low flame for 5 mins.
