Green Gram curry goes well with Chappati ,Rice. It is easy to prepare with basic south indian spice powders. If you want a creamy texture you can add milk at last.

STEP BY STEP PICTURES
Soak the Green gram overnight. Pressure cook it by adding water upto 3 whistles.
Drain the water & smash it roughly.
Heat oil add the items given under " To Temper" table. Saute onons,Tomato till it turns mushy.
Add Turmeric powder,Red chilly powder,Corainder powder,Cumin powder,Ginger Garlic paste,Salt.
Pour 1 cup of water.

Allow it to boil.
Cook until the spice powders blends with Green gram. Then switch off the flame.
Serve hot with chappatti.
