I started to eat mushrooms only after my marriage. First I started to make mushroom gravy. My second attempt with mushroom was Biryani. Whenever I have guest in my house I will surely prepare Mushroom Biryani for them.

STEP BY STEP PICTURES
Soak Basmati Rice for 30 mins & drain the water.
In a pressure cooker add oil/ghee & temper with the items given under the table.
Saute the onions,tomato. Add Ginger Garlic paste.
Now add the mushrooms.
Grind Sombu,Green Chillies,Mint leaves/ Corainder Leaves with little water .Pour the paste & saute till water evaporates.
Now add Biryani Masala,Red chilly powder,Salt.
Pour 1.5 cups of Coconut milk.
Allow it boil.
Now add the Soaked Basmati Rice.
Mix well without breaking the rice. Close the pressure cooker & leave it for 2 whistles.
Granish with corainder leaves.
Serve it with raita.
