This vazhakkai pepper fry goes well with More kulambu, Rasam.

Grind Coconut,Jeera,Pepper,Corainder Seeds/Powder,Dry Red chilly,Ginger, Garlic to a coarse paste.
Peel the skin of vazhakkai,slice it into round pieces. Marinate the vazhakkai with turmeric powder,Red chilly powder,salt.
In a frying pan heat oil add mustard seeds,urad dhal,Then fry the onions & throw in the marinated vazhakkai pieces.
Now pour the grounded paste.Check for salt.Keep in medium flame.
Toast until the masala blends well. Serve it.
