
     I don't like the smell of cabbage. For that purpose I will add Ginger in Cabbage. we can make this curry with Cauliflower,Peas.

STEP BY STEP PICTURES

In a Kadai heat oil,add Mustard seeds,Urad dhal,Onion,Shredded Cabbage.

After the cabbage shrinks add Sambar powder,Turmeric powder,salt.

Sprinkle little water & cover it with lid.

Grind Coconut,Fennel Seeds with little water to a fine paste. Pour the paste in the Cabbage.

Cook until the masala blends together.

That's it.

I had this with Poricha Kootu, Thovayal.
NOTES
You can replace Sambar powder with Red chilly powder,Corainder powder.
